Description

- US listed Equities

- All-Cap Opportunistic Value Portfolio

- Goal is Absolute Return

- Long Biased - Long only, but will go short to "Neutral" to protect assets

- Up to 25 holdings

- Inception - January 2005

Features

- Top-Down Macro Approach

- Standard Value Metrics - Absolute and relative to peers

- "Opportunistic" - Select stocks that are expected to appreciate within 3-12 months given our Macro or Industry view and company specific catalysts

- Separately Managed Account (SMA) held in your client's name with your existing custodian/broker, with Beam Capital Management having discretionary trading power as a sub adviser

- Ideal for clients whose account objective is capital growth and who desire exposure to alternative-type investments

- Low minimum account size. Minimum advisor relationship is $1 Million, with minimum individual account size of $100,000

Process

1) Investment Advisor signs a sub-advisory agreement with Beam Capital Management

2) Investment Advisor segregates client accounts as a group and assigns them to a new user account on their platform to be used by Beam Capital Management. This user account will only have trading authorization. Beam Capital Management can work with any of your custodian's or broker's platforms (Schwab Institutional, TD Ameritrade Institutional, Fidelity etc..)

3) Beam Capital Management will bill Investment Advisor quarterly based on assets managed
